At Roly Poly Print, every item is made to order. Because our products are custom printed, we accept returns or replacements only for manufacturing defects or incorrect sizing sent by the manufacturer.

We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something arrives less than perfect.


Eligible Returns

We offer returns or replacements for:

Manufacturing Defects

Examples include:

  • Misprints

  • Printing alignment errors

  • Material flaws

  • Incorrect colors

  • Peeling/cracking (upon arrival)

Incorrect Size Sent

If the manufacturer sends a different size than what you ordered, we will replace or refund your item.

Note: Incorrect size chosen by the customer is not eligible for return. Please review our size charts before ordering.


Non-Returnable Reasons

Due to the custom-printed nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Color variations due to screen differences

  • Normal wear and tear after delivery

  • Change of mind

  • Final sale items


🕒 Return Window

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.

Requests outside this window cannot be guaranteed due to manufacturer timelines.


📸 What We Need

To process your return or replacement, please email us:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the defect or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

This helps us resolve the problem quickly with our print partner.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If your item is defective or the wrong size was sent, return shipping is covered by us, or a replacement may be shipped without requiring a return (depending on manufacturer guidelines).


💵 Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days.


🔁 Replacements

When possible, we offer replacements rather than refunds so you still receive the item you ordered.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Report the issue within 5 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of any damage

We will file a claim and issue a replacement once approved.

California law requires clear disclosure of return limitations.
We accept returns only for manufacturing defects or incorrect item sent, as stated above.


New York

New York requires posted return policies.
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept our return limitations as disclosed.


Other States With Higher Consumer Standards

Our posted return window (14 days) and defect-only return policy comply with required transparency for all U.S. states.


🌍 International & EU-Style Transparency

Because all products are custom-printed, they may be exempt from certain “right to return” laws.
We only accept returns for printing or manufacturing errors, regardless of customer location.
