At Roly Poly Print, every product is made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partners. Below is everything you need to know about processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and international shipping.

Because each item is custom printed, production times may vary.

Standard Processing Time

  • 2–7 business days for most items

  • Seasonal or holiday peaks may extend this to 7–12 business days

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when your order ships.

Shipping estimates begin after the processing period.

United States

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority options (where available): 2–4 business days

Canada

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days

United Kingdom & Europe

  • Standard shipping: 7–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard shipping: 7–20 business days

Rest of World

  • Delivery times vary by location: 10–30 business days on average

🌍 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Please note:

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may be charged by your country.

  • These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delays at customs are outside our control.


πŸ” Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (when available).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to populate after the package leaves the facility.

Some countries or carriers may offer limited tracking once the package leaves the United States.


🧾 Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Carrier rates

  • Fulfillment location of the POD manufacturer

Multiple items may ship separately if they are produced at different facilities.


πŸ›‘ Incorrect Address Policy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

If the address is incorrect:

  • If the package is returned to the manufacturer, we can reship it once the correct address is provided.

  • Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the package cannot be recovered due to an incorrect address, we are unable to provide a refund.


πŸ•’ Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Packages

If your package is delayed or tracking has stalled:

  • Please contact us so we can investigate.

We will consider a package β€œlost” after:

  • 10 days with no updates for U.S. orders

  • 30 days with no updates for international orders

Once confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.


❗ Damaged or Defective Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 days

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will replace the item at no cost to you once verified

(Damage claims must be submitted quickly so we can file with the manufacturer.)


🚫 Shipping Limitations

We currently do not ship to:

  • Certain sanctioned countries

  • PO Boxes for some oversized items

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses depending on the product

If your item cannot ship to your address, we will notify you immediately.
